Our goal is to maximize performance while decreasing the risk of injury through the application of functional movement, strength and conditioning, chiropractic care, fitness, nutrition, and biomechanics. Our educated professionals specialize in employing the latest techniques to optimize sport performance, functionality, and overall quality of life. We are located in Huntersville, NC and easily accessible to the greater Charlotte area including Cornelius, Lake Norman, Mooresville, Denver, Mount Holly, Concord, Kannapolis, and Harrisburg.

Our goal is to provide comprehensive golf fitness and baseball strength & conditioning programs designed to maximize performance while decreasing the risk of injury. Our personalized programs emphasize rotational biomechanics to create skill specific adaptations.
